Dailies:

"Dailies" is the footage that you shoot in camera each day. In Europe, dailies are often referred to as "Rushes". If you have your film negative processed and then printed onto film for viewing, that is known as Print Dailies.

The process of transferring your Dailies onto videotape is known as Telecine Dailies. Remember that the actual transfer time will run at least one day behind the day the footage is shot. Film shot on Tuesday gets processed Tuesday night and transferred overnight in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
